Member Responsibilities
After submission of this form, Subscriber is required to go to just-talkin.nealmccoy.com/join to follow the instructions to request completion of their membership, failure to do so, does not constitute a refund. After submission of this form, Subscriber will be provided their confirmation code both on this screen and sent to the email address entered on the form.

Refunds
A full refund on an automatic subscription renewal charge is only available if the customer shows that they requested cancellation in writing to notsorealmccoys@gmail.com at least 10 days before the automatic subscription renewal. Otherwise, the refund will incur a reversal fee (10% of the charge) that will be deducted from the total refund amount. Reversals must be requested within 10 business days after the charge is made. Contact us if you believe you have special circumstances to request a reversal after 10 business days. All membership fees are non refundable in the event Facebook blocks, bans, or terminates the ability for Neal McCoy to broadcast to members, or in the event that Facebook blocks, bans, or terminates a member’s access to Facebook.

Changes
We may, at any time, change these terms and conditions and notify subscribers of the changes by email. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting and email notification to subscribers. Your continued use of our services following any such modification and email notification constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.
